    • Elephant and Wild is a personalised baby clothing and accessories company. We specialise in creating unique, high-quality, and comfortable items perfect for your little one or as a special gift.
  • How do I place an order for a personalised item?
    • Simply select your desired product, choose the size, item colour, location of the personalisation and thread colour and then use the personalisation box to enter the name or text you would like on the item. 
  • Can I include a gift message with my order?
    • Yes, you can! We offer a complimentary gift message option at checkout. At Elephant and Wild, the price you see is the price you pay. Every piece includes beautiful embroidery, eco-conscious gift wrapping, and a handwritten note at no extra cost. Because the little details aren’t extras to us… they’re part of the magic.

  • Is personalisation included in the cost?
    • Yes all personalisation is included.
  • What is the character limit for personalisation?
    • This varies per product, please look at the details on the relevant product page for more information on the maximum character limit.
  • Can I request a different font or thread colour than the ones shown?
    • We only offer the colours shown on the product page, more will be coming soon and will be offering different colours for different collections released. 
  • How long does personalisation take?
    • All personalised items are made to order. Please allow 6 business days for your item to be lovingly created before it is dispatched.
  • What is your return policy for personalised items?
    • As our personalised items are custom-made, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please double-check the sizing, spelling and details of your personalisation before placing your order.

  • What are your shipping options and costs?
    • £2.99 for orders with a value under £60
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • No, not at present.
  • How do I track my order?
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
    • We take great care in creating and packing your order. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will be happy to help.

Product Care FAQs

  • How do I care for my personalised clothing?
    • To ensure your personalised item stays looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out on a cold, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry and avoid ironing directly over the design.
  • Is your clothing safe for sensitive baby skin?
    • Yes, we use 100% cotton that is OEKO-TEX certified and soft on a baby’s delicate skin.
