Delivery Information and Dispatch Times

  • Up to 6 business days to be dispatched
  • Parcels are sent via Evri with online tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to provide further assistance regarding delivery. Tracking numbers are provided with all orders; for the most up-to-date information, please use your tracking link.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect delivery information or addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

We strive to meet estimated turnaround times, but these may be extended during busy periods. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow 7 days before contacting us via email.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be dispatched together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

International Orders

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you may be required to pay import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees. These charges, along with any other import requirements imposed by the destination country’s customs agency, are the responsibility of the customer.
