Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@elephantandwild.co.uk.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email or our contact form within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Please note: Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled if the personalisation has already started even if this is under 24 hours from placing your order.
